Because our products are instant digital downloads, we’re unable to accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once a file has been accessed.

We want to be completely transparent about this policy and share why it exists: Once a file is downloaded, it’s yours forever. There’s no way to “return” a digital item, which makes refunds for these products functionally unworkable. This is standard across Etsy and similar platforms.

At Yumi’s Paws, our apparel and gear are lovingly produced through Printify’s print-on-demand system—made just for you when you order. Because of this custom process, exchanges or returns aren’t accepted for size or color preferences. But don’t worry—quality matters most to us.

What Happens If Something's Wrong?

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, contact Yumi’s team within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

  • A free replacement or refund (as Printify credit) will be offered—no return of the item required.

What About Other Problems?

  • If a package is returned to sender due to an invalid shipping address, we’ll issue a partial refund for the product cost.
